Terms of service

These are the terms you use Costa Del Sol Studio under. They are short on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you sign up rather than after.
The service
We answer the property enquiries an agency receives, by phone and in the buyer’s own language, at any hour. Where a buyer wants a viewing, we book it into the agency’s calendar and send the invitation. Every morning we send the agency a brief of what happened overnight.
What it costs
For the first five agencies on this coast the service is free: no card, no setup fee, and 100 bookings on us. Beyond that we will agree a price with you in writing before you owe us anything. Nothing on this site is an obligation to keep using the service, and there is no minimum term.
Your side of it
- Give us accurate details for your agency, your properties and your office hours — the agent is only as good as what it is told.
- Have the right to pass us the enquiries you pass us, and tell your buyers what happens to their data. Our privacy policy is there to be linked to.
- Do not use the service to call people who have not enquired, or for anything unlawful.
- Keep your desk link to yourself. Anyone with it can see your calls.
Our side of it
We will run the service with reasonable care, keep your data as described in the privacy policy, and tell you promptly if something goes wrong that affects you. We do not promise the service will never be down, and we do not promise any particular number of viewings — an automated agent is a good one, not a certainty.
Who owns what
Your enquiries, your calls, your bookings and your buyers’ details are yours. We hold them to run the service for you and we will export them to you on request. The software, the site and the voice agent are ours.
Calls
Calls are recorded and transcribed. You are responsible for the notice your buyers get about that where local law requires one; we will give you the wording if you want it.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost business, lost sales or missed viewings, and our total liability to you is capped at what you have paid us in the previous twelve months — which, on the free plan, is nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Stopping
Either of us can stop at any time, for any reason, by saying so. When you stop, we disconnect your calendar, stop answering your enquiries, and delete your data within 30 days unless you ask us to export it first.
Changes and law
If these terms change we will change the date at the top of the page and tell you directly if the change matters. Spanish law applies, and the courts of Málaga have jurisdiction.
